How tracking works

We pack and dispatch
Orders leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days of being placed.

Your tracking number arrives by email
Check your inbox for the shipping confirmation. If it isn't there, look in spam or promotions.

Scans start appearing
A new number can take 2–3 days to show its first scan while the parcel moves through the first depot. Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days.
Can't find your number?
It's in the shipping confirmation email, sent when your order leaves the warehouse — not in the order confirmation you got at checkout.
